umm bueno trate de usar el scanner de mi impresora kodak y derepente sale este mensaje

y la verdad es k no se como arreglarlo o k es si porfavor me pueden ayudar

parece problema de controladores, prueba a instalarlos de nuevo.

uhmm podra ser k es por k o soy el administrador? es k me meti en el administrador(mi papa) y si pude scanear pero lo raro es k antes si servia uhmm k sera?

Si quieres arreglar el problem o cualquier cosa rara siempre deberas hacerlo como administrador,si lo arreglas hay el invitado u otra sesion se arreglara,reinstala los drivers(quita,reinicia,instala,reinicia)ejjeej
